What does my child need at a sports session?
For all sessions your child will need a sports kit including top, bottoms and trainers. A bottle of water is also needed!

Dependant on the session, you may need a packed lunch, rain-jacket, football astro-turf shoes and most importantly ANY MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS.
Are All Staff Qualified?
ALL staff are DBS, First Aid, Safeguarding children certificated. Along with holding different sports coaching qualifications, such as football, cricket, dodgeball, netball, tennis, basketball, gymnastics and many more.
Can I Turn Up At A Session Without Booking?
Bookings are made through our app, downloadable through the app store on your phone. Search 'Rose Sports Academy' into your app store and you will be able to get booked on! You are able to turn up to a session without being booked on - just be prepared to wait for 5mins to give us all the information we need to have your child in the session!
Booking Sessions, Numbers & Important Info
Rose Sports Academy open bookings for the following term on the last week of school during the current term, for example; Bookings for 2024 Spring Term sessions open on 15th December 2023.

The best way to stay up to date with this is to create an account on our app, this way you will receive all notifications regarding clubs, holidays and additional sessions.

We have limits on how many children we can take in one session - we run our bookings on a first come first served basis. Please make sure you are quick to secure your place!

If you receive free-school meals, please contact your school as they may be able to organise a space in the club for you.

Cancellation - we may have to cancel a session at short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. We can only apologise for the inconvenience caused and will organise with the school and parents how we plan to remedy this. It may mean a refund of that session or an additional session, this will be decided and communicated to everyone necessary.
